Our story
POP HR Forward began with a simple observation: small and mid-sized businesses carry the same people risks as large corporations, but rarely have the internal HR resources to manage them. Founder Candice Rubins brought together a network of trusted HR professionals, facilitators and language mediators to close that gap.
Today we work as an on-demand people and operations partner. One client needs an urgent compliance audit; another needs a leadership workshop delivered in two languages; a third needs someone to build their entire employee lifecycle from scratch. We pop in exactly where the need is.
